Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped garlic chives
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, water, and salt until a smooth batter is formed.
2. Stir in the chopped garlic chives into the batter until well combined.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
4. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan and spread it out evenly to form a pancake shape.
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom turns golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes.
6. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more oil to the pan as needed.
7. Once all the pancakes are cooked, serve them hot with a dipping sauce of your choice. They are delicious with soy sauce or a mixture of soy sauce, rice vinegar, and a dash of sesame oil.
